Hans Addleman

Hans Addleman, Principal Network Systems Engineer

Hans Addleman started at Indiana University (IU) in the UITS Support Center in 2001 and advanced into a postiion in the IU Network Operations Center soon after. In 2003, he took a position as a Layer 3 Network Engineer with IU Campus Networks. In 2006 Addleman joined the IU GlobalNOC and built his networking experience in several roles, including network planning and deployment, OpenFlow-based networking, network security and technical training. During this time he also provided support for a number of international project including Manhattan Landing (MAN LAN), Washington International Exchange (WIX), TransPAC, and the Internet2 Singapore Exchange.

Addleman joined the International Networks team at Indiana University in 2015 and is currently the Network Architect for the group. He also is part of the Engagement and Performance Operations Center (EPOC) where he leads the Roadside Assistance team, techinical workshops/trainings and participates in science deep dive workshops.
